Hi Ratfink11, when you upload the images in the admin you should be seeing an option to resize them. Are you not seeing that, or are you asking about something different? Thanks, David
What version of the cart are you on? I expect there is a restriction on file size, coming from your host, so you can check with them on that. Thanks, David

You need to have the Persits ASPJpeg object ( https://www.aspjpeg.com/ ) installed on the server to get the resize options. I have my own server and purchased it (it's not cheap), but some hosts will have it available with their hosting plans. Servelink used to offer it on .asp hosting, so I expect they still have it.
You can change the allowable file size limit in your IIS settings - just google search it (your version of IIS) and you will find the instructions.
