One of the categories on our page says "No products are currently available in this category", despite there being several hundred products associated with it.

Our other categories look to be working fine, with related products correctly listing under them.

I've also confirmed that nothing happened with the Section part, seeing several products still have the associated section selected for them.

I could be forgetting something else with this, maybe someone flipped a switch I can't find or think of, would someone be able to help me out?

It is under Charging Systems and then Rectifier-Regulators.

I can confirm that it is selected to "Products can be added to this category". There are also no login level restrictions

Check that the parent category that this one is assigned to, is active with no restrictions.

The parent category has no restrictions as well under it, as the other sections besides the affected one under it do list their associated products correctly.

For additional context, we are on 7.7.9, the latest stable.

We do not have the stock management feature turned on, if I am understanding you correctly.

The last change committed to our .htaccess file looks to be last year, when we had migrated our website from an old web host. I don't see anything that I don't think would tip me off either as to changes made.

This may not provide any more info, but using inspect element on the page in Chrome, I can see that the page gets a 404 error, as if this category page doesn't even exist, or at least the server can't retrieve it.

Should I try bringing the category up to a login restriction, and then reversing it to see if that helps in any capacity?

Can you try removing the dash from the category name Rectifier-Regulators so it just reads Rectifier Regulators?
