Good Evening, as I do not live in the USA the postal zones are very confusing for me.

My client lives in MA 01824. At this moment she has set up postal zones as USA and with "for every one above the highest weight add an extra 0.5"

Recently she received an oder for an item with 4.5lbs from California and the system calculated only 2.00 shipping. According to my client it should have been more or less $ 20.00

Thanks for trying to explain how I can fix this for my client

Looking at your other post I think this merchant really wants to set up with the USPS rates so it would be best to just continue in the other thread.
