Flat Rate Coupon Issue – “Coupon Not Found” Messag

I’ve created a few flat rate coupon codes, and when applied to an order, the system correctly displays "Coupon Applied." However, at the next step before checkout, a message appears stating " The discount number you entered (DIS10) was not found, has expired or is not applicable. Please click here if you wish to go back and try again." I’ve tested this issue on different browsers, and the problem persists. Please test it directly on my website: www.eformics.com, and advise on how to resolve the issue. Thank you.
