Everything was working fine, earlier today... but now whenever you try to checkout with any option,
PayPal, Email (no cc processing), or Google Checkout I get this error message
An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. If you are the system administrator please click here to find out more about this error.
Clicking on this says its a Classic APS problem.... however, I do not believe it is as when I log into Admin and go to my payment providers it says PayPal: The all-in-one checkout solution

Ok... after further investigation... the problem is my USPS has stopped being able to connect. I switched to UPS as my shipping method, and removed USPS and the error went away but I got some super over inflated price from UPS... thus I do not use them to figure shipping.
However, in trying to re-register UPSP to get a new API login... now that is not working, and somehow I have not messed UPS up too as neither UPSP or UPS are connecting for rates.
I tried to re-register UPS< and half way thru the process UPS site game me an error and said I will need to contact support on this issue, so I never got the new negotiated rates info.. I suspect I have to account registered with the same overlapping info... its all messed up.
Long and short... I can't get UPSP or UPS to connect and give me shipping rates no matter what I do.
