Hello,

I've been using shipstation for a while now without issues but all of a sudden orders stopped importing. When I try to import, shipstation gives me an error message saying:

An error occurred attempting to update orders: Error in XML. Reason: The 'OrderDate' element is invalid - The value '8/30/2025' is invalid according to its datatype 'DateTime' - The Pattern constraint failed.

I contacted shipstation support and they told me it is because of an error in the date format on my xml file. Not sure how this happened as I haven't made any changes to my site recently. Any ideas how I can fix this?

I also tried to reconnect the store via shipstation and when I try and test the connection I get this error message:

Invalid XML. Error: 'Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1.' We received: 'Login Error'

I have the xml file location set as the ajaxservice.asp file.

Again, not sure why I am all of a sudden having issues as I haven't made any changes in weeks.

Hi Phil
Another user noticed this and we have just added a Hotfix to the updater in the vsadmin/ajaxservice.asp file. Could you get a new copy of that and try again?
