I have given some of my customers a free shipping code, however they keep emailing me telling me that it's not working.
The problem is that they add the code, but the shipping estimate doesn't change to zero at the point. So they think it's not working.
It does work, and as they process through checkout the free shipping option appears, but it's getting to be a real pain explaining this to everyone who emails me. Is there a way to have the shipping estimate updated on a free shipping code being applied?
