I have tried about 6 times over the past 4 weeks to obtain UPS credentials, and I keep getting the following error message
Products Included In This App * Authorization (OAuth) Approved Tracking Pending Rating Pending
There is a non technical issue with your request. In order to resolve it you will need to complete and submit the following requestion information.
Clicking on this only collect some info about who I am and what is the issue I need them to resolve??? Which I do not know. No one from UPS every contacts me or emails with any fix or credentials.
I received and email from UPS saying Hello,
You have subscribed to notifications for the APIs listed below: • Address Verification • Shipping • Time in Transit • Tracking Thank you for subscribing.

But I have not received and Api credentials to put in the ETC... and if I log back into UPS and go to my apps, there are none there.?????
UPS use to work and stopped about 3 weeks ago... so I have been trying to re-register as I thought the reason it must have stopped is I was on the old registration codes.
