All my customers, since November 25th, have been getting a error message at checkout saying "There are no methods available for your shipping destination". I have checked my shipping and handling settings and they are correct. I only use USPS for shipping and PayPal for payment. I do not know if this was the problem but I updated to PHP v7.8.8 around that date.

Hi Jim
That's not great is it but is there any kind of error message? One thing you can try for debugging is go to the ECT Admin -> Main Settings page and under Store Settings check "Enable XML / JSON request Logging:"
The try getting shipping rates by going through checkout.
Then go back to the ECT Admin Dashboard (home page) and click on "Activity Log" and look for anything from USPS and there should be the request / response for the USPS shipping and it may give an error message.
Then uncheck XML / JSON logging again.

USPS have a new API which is built into the shopping cart so it may be possible they are shutting down the old API. If you log in to the ECT Admin and go to the shipping admin and then the USPS admin page there are instructions on how to get the new oAuth credentials there for the new API.

the error message is "Error Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect." When I went to Main Settings page and under Store Settings there wasn't a check "Enable XML / JSON request Logging:" so I was not able to follow those instructions.
I have updated with USPS to get the new oAuth credentials for the new API. I re-entered the new USERID but still am getting the error message. They also gave me a password but I don't know where to use it.
