All my customers, since November 25th, have been getting a error message at checkout saying "There are no methods available for your shipping destination". I have checked my shipping and handling settings and they are correct. I only use USPS for shipping and PayPal for payment. I do not know if this was the problem but I updated to PHP v7.8.8 around that date.

That's not great is it but is there any kind of error message? One thing you can try for debugging is go to the ECT Admin -> Main Settings page and under Store Settings check "Enable XML / JSON request Logging:"
The try getting shipping rates by going through checkout.
Then go back to the ECT Admin Dashboard (home page) and click on "Activity Log" and look for anything from USPS and there should be the request / response for the USPS shipping and it may give an error message.
Then uncheck XML / JSON logging again.

USPS have a new API which is built into the shopping cart so it may be possible they are shutting down the old API. If you log in to the ECT Admin and go to the shipping admin and then the USPS admin page there are instructions on how to get the new oAuth credentials there for the new API.

the error message is "Error Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect." When I went to Main Settings page and under Store Settings there wasn't a check "Enable XML / JSON request Logging:" so I was not able to follow those instructions.
I have updated with USPS to get the new oAuth credentials for the new API. I re-entered the new USERID but still am getting the error message. They also gave me a password but I don't know where to use it.

Hi Jim
Have you updated recently as for the new USPS API you need a reasonably recent version of the cart. If you haven't got the "Logging" option then it may be you are a bit out of date. But after updating, follow these instructions...

The error message appeared when I first entered the shopping cart. Earlier it appeared after adding my shipping address.

Hi Jim
I think the problem started because when you updated the site it looks like you ran the updatestore.php script but did not copy the new files. This means you didn't get the instructions as to how to get the new USPS oAuth credentials. Can you please try this again...

And this time you should see instructions about how to get the oAuth details you need.

I made some changes while I was there to your /style.css file to improve the product layouts a bit by the way. They should all look better now.
