It has been a little while. I hope everyone had a great Christmas!

I just did a complete update on a store and have a few expected issues to resolve. The soft cart feature after an item is added to the cart has stopped working. On the product pages doesn't seem to work at all and on the detail pages it shows at the very bottom of the page not as a popup at all. Also, previously I had removed "My wish list", Product Id, and Date Added from the detail pages but now they are back. Any ideas on how to get these little things fixed?

Hi TastelessApple, the first thing to check is be sure you have uploaded the ectcart.css and ectcart.js files to the proper location on your server.
Softcart not working is possibly ectcart.js file not updated.
As for things showing that were not before, it depends on how you hid them.
Typically you remove them from the list of elements in the includes, but if perhaps, you hid them with css and modified the ectcart.css file to do so, that would explain why they are back.
We need more info to be able to troubleshoot that.

First, go through the update again.
Next, check the site in a browser you never use to rule our cache of old files.

Report back what you find.
