Hi,
We have always had a Free Standard Shipping discount setup with a Min Purchase Amount of 30 and the scope applies storewide to product totals.
In postal zones we have standard shipping set to 3.00 with FSA checked.
Our country tax is set to 20% and $taxShipping=2; is in includes.php
Some of the products we sell are zero rated for VAT/TAX and following the latest upgrade we are getting an odd standard shipping amount on products that have Country Tax Exempt selected in product admin. Products with tax added are fine.
If I have v7.6.2 on the server it all works as it always has but if I upgrade to either v7.8.8 or v7.9.1 and have zero rated products totalling more than 30 in the basket the standard shipping shows as 2.90 rather than 0.00.
For some reason it's only taking 0.10 from the 3.00 standard shipping amount.
If the product totals are less than 30 then the shipping is correct at 3.00 regardless of if the products have tax or not.
I am not sure if there is a new setting I have missed but if not it would be really appreciated if this could be looked into.
