Started self-hosting and have this error come up

"There seems to be a problem connecting to the shipping rates server. Please wait a few moments and refresh your browser.
cURL package not installed in PHP. Set \$pathtocurl parameter."

curl is enabled and running

Please close found the problem in includes.php... there was no path

inserted $pathtocurl = "/usr/bin/curl"; and is working..

HOWEVER, now I am getting a "Invalid Authentication Information." for the UPS shipping??

This workaround may get you over the problem here but it is probably much more reliable to actually use cURL as a PHP extension. There are some helpful pages about this by Googling . . .

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=curl_init not enabled

This may well have a lot to do with your other problem.
