Hello!

I have had a free shipping coupon for a long time. After a site update it is no longer working. Interestingly it does change the shipping amount to a variable amount instead of a standard flat rate. I have looked things over in admin and I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas on why it is not working?

Are the products with the shipping discount applied country tax exempt in product admin?

If so Vince is aware of it and is going to look into it.

Thank you! Yes, I think the issues are related.

Most of my products are tax exempt, but I try it with a taxed item and it doesn't seem to do anything at all. It stays keeps a flat rate instead of switching to a variable rate.
