Can anyone please advise

How up to date the platform is today (e.g. the current supported PHP versions / roadmap where applicable).
Whether ECT is known to run smoothly with large catalogue sizes (50,000 category pages and 350K+ products), and any recommended performance configuration for that scale.
Whether your payment gateway add-ons are using the latest APIs and are fully compliant with current payment provider requirements.
