Hi, is there a back story?
Did you recently update your store?

There are several reasons why this might come up.
If you did not recently update, see if your host forced a PHP version update on your site and if so, and you are not on a recent update of the cart, this could be the issue.
If you recently updated the site, run the full update again and see if the error goes away - perhaps all files did not copy over.
If it's not fixed after that, report back with the PHP version your host is running on your site.
