Something is not configured right with my shipping set up. sailorstailor.com

I am using weight-based shipping for all USA orders by state. That is working great. I am choosing this over UPS rates as we figured not having the system connect to remote servers makes for less of a chance I get connection errors at checkout.

However, I need a way to get shipping prices Internationally. I have signed up and connected UPS, and the USPS... but both are having problems.

UPS
If I put in any US address, UPS works perfectly fine. However, if I change it to Canada or another country, I get Invalid Origin. I get this both at checkout and if I am in admin control panel and I say edit order and calculate shipping.

USPS
At checkout I am getting a result, but only Global Express, the highest next day air rate. Even though I have Priority and express international it will not show me those prices, just the super expensive Global Express.
If I am in the admin, and edit order, and compute shipping sometimes it gets stuck and only allows me to use weight-based shipping, even though for international I do not have weight based as an option Internationals... weight based is selected only for Domestic. USPS is selected as my international shipping. If I turn off weight based and say go to USPS for both US and International, then in edit order, calculate shipping I do see 3 prices for USPS, the Priority, Express and Global show up as choices. However, even when that works if I go to order in the cart I still only see the Global Express price and the other 2 Priority and Express are not shown.

I saw a thread about needing box size, so I tried adding box dimensions to my admin, products, but that did not make a difference. Same results.

I am seeing a warning that all my selected counties do not have a zone selected when in admin setting up weight-based shipping. Could I maybe not have the weight-based shipping configured correctly for International and that is why my UPS and USPS is not working correctly?

I need some way to get my international customer orders a shipping quote. Please help?

Hi, can you post a screen capture of your setup in Admin > Main Settings > Shipping & Handling Settings?

It will not let me paste a screen show. I cannot seem to tun on html in this reply

But

For Domestic Shipping orders only weight based shipping is checked. Nothing else

and for international orders only USPS is selected
