I have made a custom front end and i want to submit cart information and use the ecommerce template checkout flow. How can I do that.

Hi, it's very easy to integrate the shopping cart into any design as long as you have a content area in the middle of the page.
You just need .php pages, and add some include lines and an include line in the content area.
Basically it's as if you had purchased the generic version of the cart - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/design.asp
Click the "how to integrate" link there.

Don't forget to add the css and js files needed for the cart to work.
