My customer just got a $1700 shipping charge, I checked and something is up with my shipping calculations.
I just bought Update/Applied by ect. - at 7.8.9

Hopefully it will fix rates.

I am getting to the bottom of this, I expect a callback from UPS Sales Dept. on rates.
( I did a manual ship calc twice(UPS.com) and got $427 & $620, my site $720 -Ground, so something is messed up.
It is probably related to my Account with them, I hope)

I hope they can help me because I will have to do a ton of dimensional workarounds to get reasonable prices.

If they ask for the JSON request and response then go to the ECT Admin -> Main settings -> Store Settings page and check "Enable XML / JSON request Logging:". Then go through checkout to get your rates and afterwards go to the ECT Admin -> Dashboard and click on "Activity Log" and you will find the JSON request there.
After you are done make sure to uncheck the JSON logging.
