Right now, the Shipstation rates are much lower for Fedex than my negotiated pricing. So customers see the high pricing and never use Fedex. Is there a way to pull the Shipstation Fedex prices into the ecomm so they see those prices?

Hi Steven
Would setting the parameter $discountshippingfedex to reduce the rates by a given percentage work for you?

Pricing is based on where in the world its going to, so a flat percentage wont help. Im not sure if this is the correct wording, but can we use api's to do this?

Hi Steven
There isn't a way to pull in rates from ShipStation I'm afraid. Lowering rates by a percentage would be a way to lower rates generally across the board even if it's not exactly the same on every transaction.
