When trying to use the little image icon to add an image to the category header, an error Says, "Something went wrong, Please try again" the image shows up briefly then disappears. Only if I code it can I add an image.

Could it just be that you don't have write permissions on your images directory?

I am trying to upload from my desktop. Also when I select the folder icon, I get some stock images like pencils and paint and two folders named beach and beautiful flowers that I don't know where they came from and there doesn't seem to be a way to add images or a folder.

But I mean the images directory on your server. This could be the /images or the /prodimages directory, depending on which type of image.
