I was using an older version of ECT and just updated to the current version. I'm trying to set up my order status email, and all I get are red dots. My graphic header is still in there from before. When I highlight the red dots, I can see the text I had in there previously (in grey) but I am unable to add new text.

My email settings in includes.php are as follows:

$emailorderstatus=3;
$htmlemails=TRUE;
$alwaysemailstatus=true;

Can someone help me with this? TIA.

It could be that your HTML is badly formed there. Could you maybe post the HTML here if it isn't too long?

Maybe you had a dark background that is not showing in the editor..
