Several of our customers order several times, over weeks, or even months, for an event - often using a different name. (e.g. Cynthia - Cindy).

They order classes, then lunches, then maybe a banquet ticket. Is there a way to combine these orders efficiently? It would be nice to have a single order of everything purchased by one person.

Hi LadyM
In the Client Login admin page you can assign orders to a login account by email address. Would that help to be able to see them together at least?

You may be interested in this:

It quickly lets you identify repeat customers in the orders admin and then drill them down easily.

Vince, not sure that would help as we are talking 300-400 customers. I know client would not like them to have to login.

I can download the orders in the csv, and sort them that way, but it's cumbersome and isn't quite the print out that the client wants to put in the welcome package.

Mike, I took a look and not sure that will help the client either. We can identify them easily enough, either through a search or in the spreadsheet, it's combining the orders into a single one that is taking the time. If there's no easy way to do it, I think they have to keep doing what they've been doing for 10 years!

Thanks for the feedback.
