confirmation emails are coming from PayPal?

charmarsh Ecommerce Template Expert USA 974 Posts	Posted - 08/28/2026 : 10:25:06 Is this correct? Are customer confirmation emails supposed to come from PayPal and not from my store email? I am using the PayPal payment provider and customers are using credit cards.

If they pay with paypal they may still get a receipt from paypal, but that depends on what Paypal service is used. Thanks, David
charmarsh Ecommerce Template Expert USA 974 Posts	Posted - 08/28/2026 : 11:41:50 I just found out that in addition to the paypal email, customers are supposed to get one from the store as well. That email has not gone out in the last couple of days.
