There is an option in UPS for an inexpensive shipping method called UPS Ground Saver. This is for packages shipped within the USA. But it's not in our options. How do we add it?

UPS Ground Saver (formerly known as UPS SurePost) is an economical, economy-level shipping service designed for lightweight, non-urgent residential deliveries. It lowers shipping costs by combining the UPS transportation network with final-mile delivery, which is sometimes handled by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Are you setup with UPS to offer it?
I know I had to do it with Surepost.
Surepost is still in the admin as a separate UPS signup so I suggest go through that as that is what was there prior.
I expect the terminology needs to be updated, and it may be that service needs to be updated.

If you are setup to use it, give it a try with the Surepost setup.

I am set up for it and its tested and working with ups. Thanks for the info on surepost in the admin area. I figured that was old and ground saver would be in the ups section now. I will give it a try.

I also setup surepost and it isnt working. I spoke to my ups acct manager and its live on their end and he said its not integrates directly into with their other services. So he wasnt sure why we would need a surepost login.

Hi, it does seem like there will need to be an update to the UPS services.
I believe Vince is traveling for a few days so it may be a bit before he replies.
