User in China got fatal error on our US based cart.

We have set UTF-8 in includes.php
$adminencoding="UTF-8";
$emailencoding="UTF-8";

Not sure what to do.

Hi Jay
Go to the ECT Admin -> STORE ADMIN -> database utility and there is an option "Set database collation". It looks like you want to set them all to utf8mb3_general_ci
