Did you recently update?
Most often this is simply the ectcart.js file have not been updated, or is not connected to your pages.

it looks to me like the css file is linked. can you take a look and see what else may be the issue please?

Just an FYI - You can see javascript errors on the page, by hitting that button and hit F12 (or right click > inspect) to view the browsers console.
You have the following error - Uncaught ReferenceError: gtag is not defined
Go to your admin Main Settings > Google reCaptcha + Analytics 4 and check what you have set there.
Make sure it's for this site - remove the credentials if they are for another site.
That should fix it.

I still need to put in a tag for our adwords tracking.

Check the tag to be sure it's for that website, and correct, and try to renter it after that.

I did get a new G-tag to enter. But Why does Google keep insisting on telling us to add Google Tag Manager code to our web pages? I thought that was taken care of through the Google Site Tag area in our admin?

I'm sorry Dave. I'm confused.
1. Do you mean incectstyle.php has to be included in the pages?
2. When I read your link it reads that a longer script needs to be included.
3. And Google send me a whole other script to be added to the pages.
I thought the whole idea of the built-in Gtag in the Admin was to make it easy to just add the Gtag account code there.
4. Lastly, if I add the code in the pages, would I still need to add the gtag in the admin settings?

Just like all the other includes in your pages, you just need to include incectstyle.php in the top of all your pages.
That it it other than entering your gtag id in the admin.

Well, I updated www.advancedbedding.com and the add to cart buttons work, but now my buttons and options do not fit within the product columns. all out of whack.
(I removed the include and uploaded all the files again so the layout is back to normal but the add to cart buttons dont work again so I had to remove the tracking code from the admin while waiting for your reply.)

Hi, looking at the source of the page, you are calling an old version of the ectcart.css file twice.
You are calling some css files after the closing head tag and that may be coming from the incectstyle.php being called after the closing head tag - if so, it should be moved up.
Your ectcart.js file is from 2025, but the ectcart.css (2 files being called) are both from 2023 and that suggests you updated the site, but not the css file.
You stores custom css file should come AFTER the ectcart.css file so it takes precedence.
Fix these issues and I expect the site would look better, but honestly, I could use a modern makeover.
