In the admin orders invoice, is it possible to
1. Remove the Country
2. Move the zip code next to the state abbreviation

Removing the country should be easy and if you add this to the file (or create it if it doesn't exist)...
vsadmin/ectadmincustom.css

div.mainprint div.container9{
display:none;
}

But moving the zip next to the state abbreviation is harder.
