Hello,

I just updated to 8.0.1 and noticed my orders were no longer syncing with shipstation. I went into shipstation and tried to test the connection and I get:

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

The url is set to:

https://www.ssfirearms.com/vsadmin/ajaxservice.asp

and the login info matches what is in the admin settings.

I see what the problem is and I've added a fix to the updater. Can you get a new copy of the updater and copy the vsadmin/ajaxservice.asp script to your site and it should sort this out.

I uploaded the new file and still no luck. Here is the error message I get when I try and sync:

Invalid XML. Error: ''doctype' is an unexpected token. The expected token is 'DOCTYPE'. Line 2, position 3.' We received: '

I've made another change to the vsadmin/ajaxservice.asp file so the error returned is a bit more readable, and can you try that to see if it sorts this out. But I think the problem here is that your login or password for shipstation is incorrect. Could that be the case? Did you change it while testing maybe?

I double checked and also re-entered the details on both the admin page and shipstation site and no luck.
