**Subject: USPS OAuth API Returning Retail Rates Despite Commercial Setting**

I'm using Ecommerce PlusASP v7.9.5 and have successfully configured the new USPS OAuth API with an approved Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

The integration is working and returning shipping rates at checkout. However, I have **Commercial** selected in USPS Admin, but the cart appears to be returning **Retail** rates.

For example, USPS Ground Advantage for a test shipment:

- ECT checkout: $11.30
- USPS Retail rate shown by Pirate Ship: $11.30
- Pirate Ship discounted rate: $6.19

The ECT rate matches the Retail rate exactly, even though Commercial is selected.

Is there a known issue with the new USPS OAuth integration returning Retail rates regardless of the pricing selection? Is there another setting required to request Commercial pricing?

I think you are correct and I've found a problem with the commercial rates. Can you get a new copy of the updater and apply that and that should sort this problem out.

thanks for the reply I am currently on 7.9.6 so do I need 8.0.1 version to correct the problem? Also i never updated the software myself, it is hard or what do I have to do, i always had you guys do it.
