Is it possible to force leaving a comment when leaving a review?

Rating, posted by, and heading are required, but comments are not.

Force product review comments (Minimum version 6.7)

You can define the number of characters which are required in the Comments field before a review can be submitted with the following

$reviewcommentsminlength=200;

..where in this example a minumum of 200 characters must be entered before submission.

Thanks,
David

Perfect. Thank you!
