I would like to include a php based contact form to my responsive site. I would like some recommendations because I want the form to be responsive and contain validation. I also want the server side handling to contain validation, as well. Does the responsive designs CSS have styling for this sort of thing? Are there any ECT templates for contact forms available?

I have used this one on a few sites. It's from the Code Canyon website, it's fully responsive, supports validation, Google reCAPTCHA, including the new invisible reCAPTCHA, and has a very good amount of features. It's worth a ganders!
