I wanted to renew my Ecommerce account today, but my account seems to have been lost.

I used the email address and password I've used in the past, but the credentials weren't accepted.

Further, the system can't find my email to reset a password. I've checked the email on my previous renewal—it worked last year. What should I do?

Hi John

The customer login feature on checkout is optional and not related to your support and updates. It may be you never set up an account so you can set one up now there or just ignore the feature and check out as normal.
