Hello,

I noticed that when I use a cell phone to go through my site, it appears to have shifted
too far left. Could you please take a look.

Thank you,
Max

Hi Max

The pages I looked at appeared fine, is it a particular page causing the problem?

Hi Andy,
The shift shows on every page but only when the phone is vertical. Landscape looks fine.

I looked on my Samsung Galaxy and narrowing the browser on my pc here and both don't show any problems. Maybe someone else can take a look and see if they get a problem (or the same as me).

Looks exactly the same as the screenshot Andy has put up and that's viewing on a Galaxy S5, MotoG 4G, HTC One M9 and a Galaxy Note 10. Is the template used the Responsive Design Gadgets? If so the site I look after created with that template looks exactly the same. There is a slight space down the left when viewed on landscape but on portrait it's tight up to the left on all screens.

The domain I have looked at is flexicose-usa [dot] com

Hi Andy, this is from a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown.
Not sure how to post a pic here.

That is very odd as your screen size is exactly the same as mine, I looked up the phone details and it's a 5.5" screen. I tried again in the browser and can't get a display like yours. If we tried changing the css it may well have knock effects for other phone displays.

We'll leave it Andy. Sounds like very few will ever notice it and the site will still let customers check out.
Thanks for your help,
Max
