Hi, I get this error once I log in to Amazon pay through my website "Amazon Error: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing method. Consult the service documentation for details." I'm not sure how to address this? Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Eddie

Apologies, but I cannot seem to find this button. Do you have a screen shot or can direct me to the button?

Thank you,
Eddie

Hi Eddie
If you go to the cart admin, the click on the Payment Providers admin, then click on Modify for Amazon Pay. Then for Amazon the Demo Mode is called the Sandbox and make sure that checkbox is not checked.

Hi Eddie
In that case I would try getting new API Access Keys and going through the setup again...

It may well just be a copy / paste error.

Thank you. That error went away and has been replaced by this one

Amazon Error: Access to OffAmazonPayments.GetOrderReferenceDetails is denied

Should I just give up on Amazon Pay?

Hi Eddie
How about send me the site admin login to my email (vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com) and I'll see if I can see what is up?

Hi Eddie
I got the admin login details and everything looks ok to tell the truth. I tried logging in with my account details and seem to be able to log in ok and retrieve my account details and payment preference and at this point I should have accessed the OffAmazonPayments.GetOrderReferenceDetails. Where is it you get this error?

The error occurs after i log in to Amazon Pay. It provides me with the details on the address, credit card details but when i click continue my cart is empty and I have to start all over again. At this poiint I am already logged in so it does not display Amazon pay again.

How do I test this in sandbox?

Thanks,
Eddie

This is where we came in I believe. But the thing is with the Sandbox that you need to create sandbox test accounts in order to test. But it's interesting that my account didn't have the problem yours did. Maybe yours has a problem as you are using the account that is being paid to pay. Ie you are paying yourself. Do you know anyone with an Amazon account that would be willing to put a transaction through to test for you?

Looks like someone tried to use Amazon Pay on my website from Spain and it did not process. It stripped out the name and email. It did leave me with a transaction ID P01-9073568-8165939. This was the referrer as well. Could it be you? https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/pop_profile.asp?mode=display&id=19090

Hi Eddie
It could indeed. I just didn't complete the order but I got further than you through the process.

I've just tested it fully and actually done a successful transaction without any problems.
If you could refund me please and cancel the order
