But that's not the way it was previously and it seems a pointless existence as we already see that info

Remember - Any edits to the ectcart.css file will be overwritten by updater's. ALL edits to ectcart.css rules should be placed in your style.css file

No Phil. Only the bottom notice use to appear. In fact, it was not like that around 7:00am, but appeared that way an hour or so later. Also, it is only happening on PHP sites as far as I can tell. It is not showing that way on any of the ASP sites I manage.

Hi Marshall,
I've just checked 3 php sites on version 7.1.7 that need updating and they're all like that, if they're on version 7.0.7 there's just one warning there at the top.

If you're saying the asp version is different let's wait until Vince steps in, maybe it's an oversight on his part?
