Dear all

this had just happend two days ago.

customer will use paypal direct payments (payments pro) to check out,

after cc entered and clicked check out, error message will
appear and instruct them to enter the cc again thus creates
multiple charges. only 1 order will appear on the admin.

error message generated by the cart
"im sorry, but there is a problem with your transaction."


im was using godaddy php5.2 with 6.6 software, updated
to php 5.6 with 7.1 software found no help.

also tried disable godaddy firewall, no help.

also getting error msg from paypal
"Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www..com/vsadmin/ppconfirm.php"



any help will be great, thanks in advance.

called godaddy security team, no incident there, same goes with hosting
dept.

turn out i had legacy hosting plan for 12 yrs, server maintenance just purely crap.

signed up for new hosting plan with new server, problem solved....
