Send to mail list problem

Marshall Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1874 Posts	Posted - 01/12/2022 : 06:46:34 PHP 7.4.6 While sending to the entire mailing list, got several notices that said "Could not send to such and such email, message body empty." The emails were created using the built in HTML editor Froala. Tried sending test messages to the admin list, both HTML and plain text, and nothing was received. I have no idea what is wrong. Also, unable to clear sent list. UPDATE Apparently the problem is using the Froala editor. It works when just using HTML in the dropdown option. However, it is not adding the opt-out link. Vince Administrator 42466 Posts	Posted - 01/13/2022 : 11:24:08 Hi Marshall I know it's a bit of a pain, but while I investigate this could you copy the source from the froala editor and then send it as HTML without Froala for now. It also does not show when I send it as plain text.. Sending as either plain text or using the simple HTML editor, I got the popup asking "Does this comply..." and they both came through with the opt-out link and no warnings. Using the Froala editor, I DID NOT get the popup nor did I get the warning I mentioned in the original post about "Could not send to email address, message body is empty." HOWEVER, while the opt-out link was included, there was no message body, just the opt-out link. Personally, I do not care about the Froala editor for this purpose as the plain HTML editor works for me, but I suspect someone else might. Regardless, thank you for the fix.
