Just thought it may be of interest/use to others to know that since we enabled the 'Ask a question' button a couple of weeks ago we have been surprised/pleased by how much it has been used.

I'm thinking we should have used it years ago...

This is getting a bit of an overhaul in the release that is just about to go out. The styling will match the other popup windows such as the Soft Cart. But also, the amount of markup generated on each page will be reduced a lot and all the JavaScript to control these popup windows pushed out to the ectcart.js page so it only has to be loaded once. The emailfriend.asp/php script will be redundant too as everything will be handled internally.

Also it will now be possible to add a "Contact Us" button to all the pages in the same way as the other CSS widgets such as the mini cart and login.

It's really a great feature.

Those all sound like great improvements Vince and I’ll look forward to seeing them. Makes great sense that the styling is going to be updated/matched and markup reduction is always welcome as is offloading js.

I wonder what other great features I’ve been missing all these years..!
