I have a product that has a download. It is a PDF D123z. Options for that product are D123s but with no download. The order is adding a download link to the s products and it shouldn't. Then the customer gets an error. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

I did this and it seemed to solve the problem of adding the download. However, now I can't add a weight the items that are to be shipped. It's greyed out. I don't have the !! on that item. I'm doing something wrong but not sure what. Any suggestions?

Should I add the weight before adding the !! (Assuming that I can ever get USPS to work. Grin.)

Hi,

If you're using the ALT Prod ID feature you can add the weight to the product that ships and add the product ID for the item that ships in the alt prod ID field of the options

So you create two products, one to download and one to ship, set the download product to display and the ship product hidden, then create an option with two selections, one to download and one to ship, then add the Product ID's in the alt prod ID option fields
