Hi, we recently received an email from ShipStation saying they are proactively upgrading their systems from 32-bit to 64-bit and that we will need to make sure our database is ready.
https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/25360680030619-ShipStation-System-Upgrade-to-64-bit

Following the info on that webpage, it looks like the ect database column "ordID" is int(11)? Can someone who knows more than me please confirm the steps we need to take to ensure it's ready when they make the switch on their end?

Many thanks in advance,

Vince

Hi Fingertech
Our order id's are indeed 32 bits, but at the same time we decide the order id that we send to ShipStation so I can't imagine this affecting us. But I've written to SS to verify anyway.
