Hope you can help we (Andy) updated https://www.cigarette-bins-direct.co.uk a few months back to latest release ahead of the sage pay opal change over site has worked fine - however last 48 hours we have had 2 orders and both failed with a error 2003 and a message through saying no address postcode or csv Is this a known problem. - is there anything needed to be done? Help
Hi Richard, One of my clients had a recent problem so I switched the integration method to take payments on the Opayo site rather than 'take payments on site'
That seemed to sort it out
So login to your admin and go to orders > payment providers > see full list of payment providers > Elavon / Opayo / SagePay > modify
Thank you Phil, It was already set to take payment on the opayo site It hands over to opayo but the transaction fails with the error nessage of no post code, address or csv, Now this site has worked fine for years so I did think it was cistomer error but no the last 2 orders in last 24 hours have failed
Hi Richard I tried here and everything seemed to be ok and looking at the error details for "Error 2003" it looks like this is something you need to take up with Opayo. Have you done so? And if so, did they get back to you?
I'll phone Opayo Mionday and see if I can learn anything more. Its just odd its worked without issue and now just stopped and the PayPal side of opayo works just not the visa debit
Okay after 3 phone calls with opayo... its an opayo issue with Terminal IDs.
Despite the company not changing merchant bank or any details changing at all (other than the sagepay handing over to Elavon / opayo) for whatever reason the terminal ID's are wrong so Opayo have had to do a 24 hour update by requesting these from the Merchant account
Using the Opayo system to make payment with PayPal then it works fine its the communication between opayo and the merchant account
