I have gotten 9 order notification emails from the same order over the period of several days. Any ideas?

Hi Charmarsh
Years ago there was a problem where if someone kept the "thanks" page open in their browser then another email would be sent every time they refreshed the page but now a check is made and only one email is sent. What payment processor were you using and is it a custom setup?

I am using PayFlow Pro and PayPal Express. The customer getting repeats used PayPal Express. I also do get other duplicate email authorizations from time to time.

Hi Charmarsh
I get the feeling that you should really be thinking of upgrading to PayPal Checkout - Advanced Cards and if this is the case it should give you all the advantages of the new PayPal Checkout integration and solve this issue on the way. But could you check with PayPal that this is the upgrade path for you?

PayPal said it would be no problem but when I changed it and tried to checkout I got a bunch of errors:
"No value passed to payment at ...paypalobjects.com/api..."

Did you go through the connection wizard in the Payment Providers admin page? Did that go ok?

Hi, I updated the store to 7.7.8 and the PayPal Checkout option doesn't show up and my product page layouts and detail pages are off.
Please take a look i cannot figure this out.

***UPDATE***

For some reason the new files did not all upload. I had to go into each directory and upload in batches. Now everything is fine.

Any thoughts on why - when I uploaded the vsadmin folder some of the files did not overwrite?

Hi Charmarsh,
If using FILEZILLA, in Settings you need to change Default ‘File Exists’ Behaviour to ... Overwrite file if source file newer: Overwrite the file in the destination if the file being transferred is time-stamped with a later date/time.

Other File Transfer programs will have similar options in Settings.

Thanks Gary!

That must be the issue. I am using Fetch (not sure why) which doesnt seem to have that option. I'll look into getting Filezilla.
