I'm pretty certain that this is the way forward but I think the problem is that the products with accents on the store have to be added in the admin when that charset and codepage are set. That is, you may have to re-add the products in the admin after having added these lines. Could you maybe try that with a test product to see if it's the case?

emailencoding = "utf-8"


once i add the lines in includes.asp??
response.charset="utf-8"
response.codepage=65001
