For years I have used UPS automatic rates for our store, but now it has stopped working. It gives this message "Too Many Requests" and no options to select from.
Any ideas on what I could do quickly to get this working again?
What version of the cart are you on? If it's outdated, you should update, but also you may be sending over a bad address where no results can be retrieved.
Yes it is an order version (7.2.6), but it has months worth of modifications. It is on track to be updated in a few months but is there anything I could try right now to get that working? It is not the address.

Hi Josiah To me that sounds like a connection problem and maybe the way to resolve this is to reproduce in a fragment of code so you can illustrate the problem to your host.
