When a customer enters the 'Ask a Question' form, their email address is not included when we get the email. Everything shows but the email address.Any idea what needs to be edited??
Using ASP v7.9.3

It's there, in the "reply to" header... Just click reply and their email should be there.
Thanks,
David

I am also having the same problem but when I hit reply, it has the same email (the one it got sent to) inserted into the reply... So in other words, it sends to itself.

Now, in the store email settings, it is using the phpmailer type. I noticed if using the "default" mail system it works (at least it did a while back a couple of versions ago), but I need authenticated email hence using phpmailer.
