So just got my website updated and now I get this message during checkout: Web Tools has been retired effective January 25, 2026. For migration support, go to https://emailus.usps.com/s/usps-APIs select Onboarding radio button and API issue of API Onboarding/Upgrade.

I have used paypal for taking payments and using their shipping...not sure how to get this sorted out as I am NOT technical at all. Please help

Hi Paula
It sounds like all you need to do is to log in to the ECT Admin and go to the Shipping Admin and then USPS Admin page. There are instructions there as to how to get the new USPS oAuth credentials which you need for your shipping rates. Can you try that and see how it goes?

I have already put my login information in the shipping admin for usps and still comes us with this error message. I am at a loss here.

Thank you for the link! It kept saying denied access when I tried to login through my USPS.com account but it worked with the one you posted! For UPS and SHipstation do I need to do something similar?

Even though I've set up several other sites with the new API, I am getting error messages. Today, from support, I get this email. Has anybody else had this?
I created the account but can't find MY APPS and it says my business account can't be created. Any ideas as to what to do next? So far, I've had 12 emails to support.

In order to proceed with your request please submit one acceptable form of Business documentation such as:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Articles of Incorporation
• Certificate of Good Standing
• Business License or Registration
• Certificate of Formation / Certificate of Organization
• Articles of Organization
• EIN Confirmation Letter
• Partnership Deed
• DBA (Doing Business As) Certificate
• GST registration Certificate

Trying to set up the account and create the new API. I've sent several screen shots, as requested, and they keep telling me it's fixed but it's not, and now this? It's something new and I'm doing the same thing I've done on all the other websites. I am using the link on the page within the shopping cart and then following the directions.
